Under Australian Standard AS 1288 all glass in Doors and in Bathroom wet areas must be Safety Glass... that is Laminated safety glass 6.38mm thick.....clear or obscure.

Laundry - Obscure Translucent Laminated

Under 500mm Finished Floor level

Under Australian Standard AS 1288 any glass under 500mm off the Finished floor level must be Safety glass as per above.
